1. Fee Structure & Payments
All fees (including Admission Fee, Tuition Fee, Transport Fee, and other charges) are paid in accordance with the schedules provided by Evergreen Royal Public School Kalanwali. Payments are processed securely via our gateway.
2. Refund Policy
- Admission Fee: The registration fee and admission fee paid at the time of enrollment are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Tuition Fee: Once tuition fee for a quarter or term is paid, it will not be refunded. However, under special circumstances (e.g., student transfer due to parent relocation), a pro-rata refund may be reviewed upon written request submitted to the administration office.
- Double/Excess Payments: If a parent/guardian makes a double payment or deposits excess funds due to technical issues on the payment gateway, the excess amount will be adjusted in the fee invoice of the subsequent month/term, or refunded in full within 7-10 business days after verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Admission Cancellation: Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the school must submit a written cancellation request at least 30 days prior to the start of the next term.
- Transport Services: Transportation services can be cancelled by providing one month's advance notice in writing to the transport coordinator.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, or bank account used at the time of payment) within 7 to 10 working days from the date of request approval.
